Our Origin Story
Hop Notch Brewing started when a few homebrewers swore they saw something strange streak across the Ohio sky — and decided their beer should taste just as out-of-this-world. What began in a garage is now a full-fledged brewing operation with a cult following.
Every batch is crafted in small runs using locally-sourced grain, wild yeast, and a healthy obsession with experimentation. No two landings taste quite the same.
